Bucktown Fitness Fest

Saturday, October 3rd

Lululemon Athlethica will be hosting a fitness fest for the community. We will have many fitness instructors, studios and healthly lifestyle vendors on hand to answer any questions you may have. For additional details go to Lululemon Athletica

Bucktown 5k

Come out and cheer on your fellow neighbors and running enthusiasts as they participate in a warm up race for the coming Chicago Marathon. Please note that there will be parking restrictions and street closures throughout the neighborhood to accommodate this special event. Promote your business by sponsoring a scarecrow just in time for Halloween! $100 sponsorship fee includes straw and stakes, you can build it on site or create your own and bring it to display. Themed scarecrows that reflect your business or your creative sense of humor are encouraged. Last year’s Scarecrow Extravaganza was outstanding we expect this year to be just as much fun! New Wicker Park Post Office Station Now Open

The new Wicker Park Post Office Station is now open at 1300 North Ashland (adjacent to Staples). The new facilities offer full retail counter service, an Automated Postal Center kiosk and additional post office boxes available for rent. Free parking is also available. Hours of the new location are Monday - Friday 8:30am to 7pm and on Saturdays from 8am to 3pm.

Delivery operations for Zip Codes 60622 and 60642 has also been relocated to a new Wicker Park Carrier Annex at 1419 W. Carroll Avenue.

It’s Boo-palooza time in Wicker Park & Bucktown. Enjoy the many Halloween celebrations taking place in Wicker Park, Pulaski Park, Bucktown, Pritzker School and other neighborhood haunts. Sponsored by WPB and the Wicker Park & Bucktown Chamber of Commerce.

parade featuring the award winning Collaboraction theatre troupe.

A special exhibit of artistically inspired scarecrows - funny, scary
and wacky- even the crows are having fun! Business sponsorship
available for individual scarecrows for $100 - make your own for
display on October 24th in the school parking lot or bring it already
